October 20, 2011 -- HBT helps celebrate the ribbon cutting at the new library room for the School of the Holy Childhood. The School of the Holy Childhood is a non-denominational, non-profit agency, has enriched the lives of people with developmental disabilities for more than 60 years. HBT Architects donated design and management services to the school to help them develop a new library room. The new room will be used to further develop the literacy efforts at the school and blends technology and traditional children's reading areas in an open, light filled space.

September 9, 2011 -- HBT Architects has been selected to design the new Rosica Hall at the Rochester Institute of Technology. Rosica Hall will be located on the National Technical Institute for the Deaf campus adjacent to Shumway Hall and the CDS Student Center. The $8 million, 23,000 square foot building will provide deaf and hard-of-hearing students and faculty with opportunities for research and experiential learning in innovation and entrepreneurship. The new building will be seeking LEED Gold certification and will be ready for occupation in the summer of 2013.

June 4, 2011 -- HBT Was awarded two design citation awards at the AIA Rochester Design Awards Gala. The Morrell/Pridemark Office Building in Perinton, NY and Ann's House, the LEED Gold student housing project at Alfred University were both recognized for design excellence. In addition, Trevor Harrison, AIA was recognized for his service as the first president of The Architectural Foundation of Greater Rochester.

August 25, 2010 -- LEED GOLD – Alfred University's Ann's House received LEED Gold status today. The 48 bed student housing project represents a new direction in housing for the University and is the first project on campus to receive a LEED certification.

July 2, 2010 -- HBT Architects has been hired by Regeneron to design a laboratory addition to their Rensselaer, NY facility. The planned 16,000 square foot addition will house laboratories and support spaces. Construction is slated to begin in early fall 2010.

July 2, 2010 -- Wood Library wins AIA Rochester Merit Award. The addition and renovation was submitted in the "Unbuilt" category and received recognition based on the sensitivity of the addition to the existing history structure. The award was presented to HBT Architects on June 19 at the Design Awards Gala held at the George Eastman House.

and Chronicle. Wood Library has received a $500,000 gift from William B. Rayburn which will significantly help them reach their overall fundraising goal. February 3, 2010 -- Hilton Homewood Suites at Tradition Florida is celebrating their grand opening this week. The new five-story, long term stay hotel is located in Port St Lucie, Florida. Tradition has also recently been extensively photographed by Hilton Corporation and will now be featured in their marketing material for the Homewood Suites brand.

January 28, 2010 -- AIDS Care celebrated their new facility with a ribbon cutting ceremony on January 21. The new facility, located at 259 Monroe Avenue in Rochester was hailed as "State
of the art" by agency President Jay Rudman. AIDS Care is a new entity developed through the merger of AIDS Rochester and AIDS Community Health Care.

April 28, 2009 -- HBT Architects has been awarded the Outstanding Project Award by the Construction Specifications Institute -- Rochester Chapter for the Rochester General Hospital, Lipson Cancer Center Project. The annual award is given annually for exceptional teamwork between the Owner, Architect, Engineer, and Constructor. Such an outcome is realized through CSI's Principals of how clear, well prepared construction documents can positively influence the process, quality, and outcome of a project. This is the third time in the past four years that HBT Architects has been honored by the Institute.

March 5, 2009 -- HBT Architects has been selected as the architect for the Steamboat Landing Resort & Conference Center. Positioned along the north shore of Canandaigua Lake, Steamboat Landing is currently a 160 seat restaurant and lounge, 4,000 square foot banquet facility, and a
150 seat authentic paddlewheel steamboat. The proposed extensive renovations and addition will transform Steamboat Landing into a full service, year-round resort destination featuring 130 upscale hotel rooms, six two-bedroom penthouse suites, nine time-share condominium units, over 8,000 square feet of additional flexible state of the art meeting and conference space, a full service day spa, indoor pool, and 2,000 square feet of specialty retail space. Offering spectacular and commanding lakefront views, the resort will position itself as a destination resort in the

January 27, 2009 -- HBT Architects has been selected to design the new Mendon Public Library. The new library will be located on a site in the Village of Honeoye Falls, NY. Design services will commence immediately and the project is on schedule for a ground breaking in the summer
of 2009.

January 21, 2009 -- Trevor Harrison has been named the President of The Architectural Foundation of Greater Rochester. The recently formed foundation will enhance the practice of architecture as a cultural, artistic, and business resource in the Greater Rochester region for the benefit of the public. As the first president of the foundation, Trevor will work with the board to structure the foundation and develop programs consistent with the mission.

May 26, 2008 -- HBT awarded new Medical Office Building for Gallina Development. The new building is the first building in the planned North Pointe Landing development in Greece, NY.
The two-story, 32,000 square foot building is set to begin construction in the fall of 2008.

May 16, 2008 -- Alfred University breaks ground on a new LEED Certified student housing project. HBT Architects designed the 48 bed LEED certified facility known as Ann's House. This will be Alfred University's first LEED building and it is designed to set an example for future housing
projects on campus. The project will be occupied by students in the fall of 2009.

March 28, 2008 -- Trevor Harrison has obtained his NCARB Certification. Trevor obtained this distinction through the Broadly Experienced Architect program. With NCARB certification, HBT
can increase the number of states in which the firm can practice architecture. Currently the firm
is registered in New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Florida.

October 30, 2007 -- Alfred University has selected Harrison Bridges to design the renovation of two campus buildings. 10 Park Street and Kruson Hall will both be renovated to include new student housing.

October 1, 2007 -- Harrison Bridges has been selected by Tri-City Rentals as the architect for a new multi-family housing project. The 324 unit apartment and townhouse project is to be located at the Village at Temple Farm in East Greenbush, NY. Tri-City Rental owns and manages properties throughout New York State.

September 21, 2007 -- Construction drawings have begun for Harrison Bridges' first hotel in Florida. The 114 room Hilton Homewood Suites will be located at Tradition in the city of Porte St. Lucie, FL. The project is the first phase of the development that will include multiple restaurants and a future full service hotel.

September 10, 2007 -- Harrison Bridges has been selected as the architect for the new 127 room Holiday Inn Express in Colonie, NY.

May 12, 2007 -- Hilton Garden Inn at the Albany Medical Center has opened. This seven-story, mixed-use project was completed in only 10 months.

Jim Tripp named partner of Harrison Bridges
December 29, 2006 -- Jim Tripp has been named as a partner of the firm effective January 1, 2007. Jim has been with the firm since February of 2004 and has been instrumental in the success of such projects as the Lodge and Indoor Waterpark at 6 Flags Great Escape, the Hilton Garden Inn at the Albany Medical Center, and the new "Big House" at Camp Stella Maris. Jim's role with the firm will continue to be the management of key projects. His current focus is the Glacier Lakes Resort and Indoor Waterpark in Farmington, NY.

The award recognizes outstanding teamwork between the Owner, the Design Professional, and the Contractor realized through the clear, well prepared construction documents. Harrison Bridges is proud to be recognized for the quality of their construction documents and sees drawings and specifications as a key piece of overall quality communication within a project team. The jury noted that this type of award is rarely given to a project with four prime contractors due to the level of complexity in public work. Project Manager, Frank Deluca accepted the award.
