Proposed Restaurant - Saratoga Springs, NY

The development of this high-end restaurant was based on the need to provide meeting and restaurant space to a major local hotel. The site is located among industrial buildings on the edge of the historic Saratoga Springs downtown area. The design references the historic nature of the area, meets the desire of the owner to present an active interior from the street, and addresses the space and constructability needs of the developer.
