Bushnell's Basin Fire Station

The volunteer fire fighters at this suburban fire department have long been providing a high level of public safety using sub-standard facilities. The new facility provides appropriately sized truck bays, improved training facilities, and pleasant community spaces for volunteers. The Federal style design, with clapboard and stone materials, is drawn from the architectural character of the neighboring buildings in an historic district.
