Guthrie Medical Group was looking to house multiple specialty practices on a rotating basis in a former home improvement retail store. The layout and design follows lean principles, with on stage/off stage patient and staff interface. The project includes new MEP systems, exterior facade upgrades, additional daylighting and a covered entry canopy.
