The 111-room, extended stay Hilton Homewood Suites was constructed in the planned community of Tradition, Florida in the City of Port St. Lucie. The developer of the Tradition property required that the prototype be modified to meet their strict planning and design guidelines. This hotel was selected by Hilton to appear in their current marketing materials for the Homewood Suites brand.
